Conveniently located, yet off the beaten path, this charming cabin offers cozy, quaint, and comfortable accommodations! Situated closely enough to the community lake, Mini's Hideaway is an ideal place for couple retreats or families. Mini's Hideaway offers amazing luxuries including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, wood burning stove, air conditioning, outdoor hot tub, and camp fire ring.
Mini's Hideaway is just minutes from Cacapon State Park where you can enjoy golfing at the 18-hole, 72-par championship golf course. It is one of the region's most popular public courses, open for year 'round play, weather permitting. Carts, driving range, picturesque putting green, pro-shop, clubhouse and challenging play which includes deer as obstacles are all part of Cacapon's appeal.
Cacapon State Park also has horseback riding from Easter through Thanksgiving. These are guided mountain trail rides. One of the most popular rides starts in the state park and crosses along the top of Cacapon Mountain for 10 miles to the historically and geologically prominent Cacapon Rocks. With its spectacular views of the Cacapon River Valley, the Rocks were a common destination for 18th and 19th century riders, George Washington wrote often of his daily rides there.
You can also enjoy the game courts with public tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.
Water Sports are not limited to soaking in the warm mineral springs. The lake at Cacapon State Park has paddle boats to rent. There is also a sandy beach and lake at Cacapon State Park. Swimming with lifeguards is also offered in season.
Hiking trails abound along Cacapon Mountain accessible from Cacapon State Park and there is a beautiful scenic overlook that you can drive or hike to.
Access to Community Lake for Fishing, Canoeing, Kayaking and Tubing. Community Lake is a short walk or drive from cabin. Lake is used at your own risk!

Renters are required to inform Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals of the total number of persons in your party and additional over party limit fees may be incurred.

Mini's Hideaway
Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals is delighted to offer you pet friendly cottages so you can enjoy your vacation with your entire family (pets included). Our pet policy is listed below, there are individual cabin instructions in each cottage that will also assist you, please contact us if you have any questions:
All pets that are left unattended in the cottage must be tethered outside or kenneled (some cottages allow pets to be left unattended in the basement or garage areas, please see individual cottage Visitor’s Guide located at cottage).
Pet owners must scoop yard and place pet residue in trash bag in trash bin before departing cottage.
Please bring your pets' bedding, blankets, kennel and scooper (most cottages have a shovel in garage or utility room). The bedding and blankets that are located in the cottage are for our guests use only.
Please immediately report any pet damages or problems.
Please be respectful of our owners' property, we make an extended effort to offer pet friendly cottages and we appreciate our guests who also make an extended effort to ensure the cottage is left undamaged by pets.
Guests will be charged for any damages or extra cleaning due to pet owner negligence.

Cottage Instruction for
Mini's Hideaway
There are individual instructions and a Visitor's Guide in each cabin to assist you during your stay. We do ask our guests to do the following items before departing the cottage:
Strip all beds that were used during your stay and please leave linens next to bed that was used.
If laundry facility is available in cabin, please start a load of towels before departing.
Wash and put away all dishes before departing. If cottage has dishwasher, please ensure dishwasher is turned on before departing.
Ensure coffee pot is TURNED OFF before departing.
Place the lock box (with key) back on the outside door for our cleaning personnel.
Ensure all doors are locked and all windows are secured before departing.
Please report any damages, broken items or problems immediately.
We are delighted to have you as guests, but please be respectful of our owners’ property.
